The polarity of this dye is slightly higher than ICG.
LBL-Dye M820A properties allow fixation on cell membranes by hydrophobic binding and fixation on proteins by electrostatic binding.
This NIR fluorescent dye has been validated for NIR-II / SWIR imaging.
